Since 1993, Adam has played an integral role in over 55 high-profile projects valued at approximately $1.5 billion, including master-planned communities, luxury hotels, and private island resorts. His work spans key markets such as Puerto Rico, Sint Maarten, Jamaica, USVI, Costa Rica, and Mexico, and his firm proudly serves a clientele that includes developers, hedge funds, private equity firms, and various institutional capital groups.

Adam’s impressive academic background complements his extensive professional experience. He earned a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California and holds bachelor’s degrees from both Clark University and the Sorbonne in Paris, France.
