David is CEO and co-founding partner of Worth Venture Partners, an investment advisor with a focus on custom alternative investment portfolios for family offices. David started his career as a proprietary trader and co-founded the NextGen Trading risk arbitrage desk. When NextGen was acquired by Carlin Financial, David was a Managing Director and Head of Electronic Trading at Carlin. When Carlin was acquired by RBC Capital Markets, David joined as Global Head of Sales for the prime brokerage and electronic trading businesses. David next went to Lazard Capital Markets where he was largely responsible for building and managing its prime brokerage business.
