Francisco is the Chief Investment Officer and a Senior Vice President of MAS Advisors. He is a member of the Investment Committee and Management Committee and oversees all investment related activities which are focused on non-correlated, tax-efficient investment strategies primarily within insurance-compliant managed accounts for the separate account divisions of private placement variable life insurance and variable annuity companies. Francisco has 20 years of experience in global financial services, having operated extensively in private banking and asset management with global 500 multinational firms. He is a CFA and CAIA charter holder and holds the following industry qualifications: FINRA Series 7 and the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam (Series 63). He is also a licensed life insurance agent.
