Greg Poapst is an accomplished leader in the investment and capital management industry, currently serving as Managing Partner at Fundviews Capital. In this role, Greg oversees all day-to-day operations, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the firm’s operational excellence.

Before joining Fundviews Capital, Greg held pivotal roles at a Fund Management Platform, where he served as Head of Operations and Head of Investments. At this prior firm, Greg was instrumental in building the operations team from the ground up and formalizing the investment sourcing, due diligence, and decision-making processes. His leadership significantly contributed to the firm's streamlined operations and strategic growth.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Greg is the host of the Fundviews Podcast, which launched in 2020 and now features over 30 episodes. The podcast aims to demystify the world of investments by showcasing the backgrounds and insights of fund managers and investment professionals, making their expertise accessible to a broader audience.

Greg holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with Honours, specializing in Financial Economics, from Carleton University. Originally from Canada, he relocated to the United States in 2016, bringing his international perspective to the financial and investment sectors.
