Michael Flannery is General Partner at Grit Capital Partners, where he focuses on technology investments in Martech, Fintech, and Commerce. For over twenty years, Mike has advised global entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and venture capitalists on strategic growth, talent strategy and executive searches, using rich data and lookalike success modeling to target and select talent for boards and executive operating roles. He also has significant experience offering accelerator services and investing in seed-stage companies to compliment his deep experience in talent and venture development.

Mike is passionate about the growth and acceleration of women entrepreneurs, and currently serves on the board of iFundWomen and the Female Entrepreneurs Fund. An alumnus and past Trustee of Cazenovia College, Mike splits time between New York City and Saratoga, where he resides with his wife and two children.
