RLH Capital LLC is a specialized investment firm focused on opportunities within the Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) ecosystem. The firm’s primary objective is to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns while preserving capital through a diversified portfolio of SPAC instruments. RLH’s core strategy is SPAC arbitrage—an arbitrage on U.S. Treasuries that allows investors to generate higher yields in an equity wrapper. Founded in 2021 by Louis Camhi, RLH Capital is led by a seasoned investment professional with over 15 years of experience at institutions such as Citadel, Three Corner Global LP, and Credit Suisse. As Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Camhi oversees all aspects of the firm’s investment and operational activities. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from NYU’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. The firm’s name is inspired by the initials of Louis’s three children—Robbie, Leila, and Hazel.
