Ronald J. Sylvestri, Jr. is an accomplished finance professional and the founder and president of Quail Ridge Asset Management LTD, a boutique investment consulting firm specializing in strategic fundraising for private equity and alternative asset managers. With over 27 years of experience on Wall Street, Mr. Sylvestri has distinguished himself as a leading expert in connecting alternative asset managers with institutional investors. In 2009, he founded Quail Ridge Asset Management, where he has since raised multi billions for more than 25 alternative asset managers, ranging from emerging managers, to seasoned private equity, and private credit funds. Prior to founding Quail Ridge, Mr. Sylvestri served as a Principal at Emerald Point Capital Partners, where he raised institutional LP commitments and contributed to the development of innovative private equity products. Earlier in his career, he was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley, where he managed various investment units and played a pivotal role in sales and marketing for equity research and structured products.

In addition to leading Quail Ridge, Mr. Sylvestri is a strategic advisor to JD Group Holdings, a Philadelphia-based Multifamily office (MFO), and an active investor in venture and startup companies.
